Our Refund Commitment
At lorenthavelo, we stand behind the quality of our budget planning education and services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure you feel confident in your investment with us. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for all lorenthavelo services.
We believe in transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our students and our business while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.
Eligibility Requirements
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for digital courses and materials
- One-on-one consultation sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Group workshops and seminars can be refunded up to 7 days before the event date
- Annual subscription services are eligible for pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days
- Custom budget analysis services are refundable before work begins on your specific case
- Physical materials that have been shipped cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged
Important: Completion of more than 25% of any course material may affect refund eligibility
The Refund Process
Submit Your Request
Email us at info@lorenthavelo.world with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Include any relevant documentation that supports your request.
Review Period
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during this time.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email notification about our decision. If approved, we'll provide details about the refund amount and processing timeline.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that life sometimes presents unexpected challenges. In cases of medical emergencies, job loss, or other significant hardships, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy timeframes.
Additionally, if you're experiencing technical difficulties accessing our digital content that we cannot resolve within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
Note: Refunds for special circumstances require documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
Payment Method and Processing Times
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution
- International refunds may require additional processing time due to currency conversion
- Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable

- Certification fees and examination costs

- You've accessed a significant portion of course materials
- You're requesting a refund outside the standard timeframe
- Administrative or processing costs have already been incurred
- You're switching to a different lorenthavelo service of lesser value
